Are there any age limits to play?

Yes, most of our rental items are fit for children starting at the age of 6 months and older. Adult supervision is required at all times! Parents and/or adults are encouraged to enter the play areas (WITHOUT SHOES) but are not permitted to sit/play on the equipment. Adults should only be in the play area to help support, supervise and promote safe play.

 

 

How often is equipment cleaned? 

Safety is #1 priority including the cleaning of all equipment used. Equipment is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after every use no matter the length of the event. EVERYTHING must be cleaned and sanitized!

 

 

What area(s) do you service?

We service the City Beautiful of Orlando and surrounding cities up to 60 miles from zip code 32825.

 

 

Can we pick up the rentals?

Unfortunately due to safety, the extensive cost and quality of our equipment - we ONLY offer delivery.

 

 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery fee starts at $50 and is based on travel miles from zip code 32825.

Delivery fee may vary based on set up logistics such as the need of an elevator, stairs and/or long walk to get to the set-up area.

 

 

What is the rental time frame?

Set ups can be done as early as 10:00am and pick up is no later than 7:00pm. After 7:00pm there is a $60/hour charge up to 9:00pm.

 

 

Is a deposit required?

Once availability and service is confirmed, a $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve and secure the date for your event. Any remaining balance is due 1 week (7 days) before your event date and payment plans are available based on the client request.

 

 

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

The initial $150 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations done less than 7 days prior to the event will result in the loss of any payment made. However the renter has the option to reschedule to another date at no additional charge. Rescheduling to another date is always subject to available dates.

 

 

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes, an initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $150 is required to secure your date. Thereafter a payment plan can be arranged with the client upon request. Payments can be made via Zelle, CashApp or secure payment link provided via email. All major credit cards are accepted.

 

 

Do you setup outdoors?

Of course! Outdoor set ups are permitted however in the event of any inclement weather, the renter MUST have an indoor area to set up. For safety reasons, outdoor setups will not be done if bad weather is expected. Joyful Events Orl has the right to cancel any event if an indoor area is not designated due to inclement weather.

 

 

How do I reserve?

Click on the link “Book Now” that will redirect you to our contact booking form. We ask you complete the form as thoroughly and accurate as possible. A member of our staff will follow up within 48 hours.
